Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Shipments will be initiated from Monday to Friday only. In case of high volume of orders and for any change or delay in shipment, it will be communicated to the customer through email

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers will receive the shipment confirmation and tracking number on the date of commencement of the shipping through the email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
The Heart Studio is responsible for only GST of the products sold and not responsible for any customs or other taxes applied to your order.
Damages
At The Heart Studio, we ensure all your products are properly packed and sent through responsible logistics service. At the same time, The Heart Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
As of now, we don’t ship to any countries outside India.
Returns Policy
No returns for the order shipped will be accepted but any how customer can cancel his order within 24 hours from the time of payment made. Product once shipped cannot be cancelled or cannot be returned.
